When our ticketing provider went bust — taking our income with it, we searched high and low for an alternative. Nothing quite fit. As a small software agency by day and theatre-lovers by night, we combined the best of what we'd seen with the features we knew were missing: the Little Box Office was born. The first users loved it, word spread and more organisations came on board. We grew from there.

Little Box Office personnel were very supportive and patient during our climb up the learning curve and made the set up easy and flawless. Once set up, they were very responsive to changes and new queries. We are very happy with the quality of the system.

LBO support staff are always so helpful - Nothing is too much trouble! We are a seafront theatre, with a stalls-only auditorium, which has just shy of 900 seats. In addition to our standard seating plan, LBO have set up a customised 4-tier plan for us, with a VIP section. Their attention to detail is excellent - They had the utmost patience when trying out a few colour changes for us! We have used LBO for many years to sell tickets online for our concerts and been happy with their service.
