How webhooks work
When something happens in Little Box Office, it sends a message to a URL you specify in your other system. No polling, no manual exports. Just instant data transfer triggered by real activity.

How to set up a webhook
You provide a URL endpoint in your system that can receive incoming data
Little Box Office sends a POST request to that URL when a specified event occurs
